The Bus Driver will be responsible for providing care and transportation services for the facility.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrate good customer service or guest relations.
- Comply with departmental and company policies and procedures as well as Standards of Conduct.
- Responsible for transporting residents to and from requested destinations.
- Scheduling transportation needs for the facility residents.
- Standard maintenance and cleaning of the vehicles.
- Maintaining vehicle reports and logs.
- Providing care for Resident during outing and/or on one of our Skilled/LTC units.
- Strong verbal, written and organizational skills are required.
Certifications, Licenses Necessary
- Must have a HS diploma or GED.
- Must have a current Class E Chauffeur’s license and a CDL lencese.
- Must have 2 years of prior Transportation experience.
- The ability to work flexible hours or “on call” is ideal.
