Bill Holman
PRESIDENT & CEO
St. Andrew’s expert staff is led by President/CEO Bill Holman, who has held executive leadership positions in Senior Living organizations for more than twenty years, most recently as CEO of Ginger Cove life care community in Annapolis, MD. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and holds BS degrees in Finance and Accounting and an MS degree in Management in Aging Services.
Joseph Girardi
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
As CFO, Joseph Girardi manages all financial functions of the organization with accountability for financial, internal control, and risk exposure matters. He has over 40 years of Fortune 50 and not-for-profit senior living experience. He is a Certified Management Accountant, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and holds an MBA in Finance and Operations, along with a BS in Accounting.
Susan Leonard
CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER
As Chief Information Officer, Susan is the principal technology leader with an ongoing commitment to support and promote the strategic direction through innovation, integration, and transformation. Susan has been a member of the STARSS team since 2014. Her leadership assignments have included technology infrastructure as well as data and information management. Prior to STARSS, Susan served as a Solutions Architect designing and implementing technical solutions.
Janet Leigh
CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Janet began her career at St. Andrew’s in March 2022 after an extensive career in non-profit fundraising. Janet says, “I am honored to be part of the St. Andrew’s family helping our seniors in need throughout our community. Supporting our mission and providing care for seniors who once cared for us warms my heart.”

The LPN is responsible for providing nursing care and supervising the CNA and CMT positions as necessary in maintaining the well-being of the resident to enhance the quality of life for each resident. Responsibilities: Assume responsibility for total nursing care, health needs and well-being of residents. Interpret policies and procedures to staff, residents, families, visitors and physicians to ensure compliance to these policies. Facilitate and assist with physician visits. Identify emergency situations and initiate appropriate life saving measures. Follow procedures for admission, transfer and discharge of residents within community.
