St. Andrew's expert staff is led by President/CEO Bill Holman, who has held executive leadership positions in Senior Living organizations for more than twenty years, most recently as CEO of Ginger Cove life care community in Annapolis, MD. A native of Maryland, Holman also served as Adjunct Assistant Professor, Erickson School of Aging Services with the University of Maryland, Baltimore County from 2010 to 2019 including three years as Graduate Program Chair. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) and holds BS degrees in Finance and Accounting and an MS degree in Management in Aging Services.
