Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment
Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle residents requests or complaints related to housekeeping services
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel

Skills:

Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping management, preferably in a long-term care, hotel or hospitality setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and best practices
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
