Job Description:
The Executive Director oversees daytoday operations of St. Andrew’s at New Florence. This position serves as the licensed Administrator for St. Andrew’s at New Florence. This position will be responsible for ensuring operation of all programs to comply with Board policy and all federal, state, and local regulations including The St. Andrew’s Resources for Seniors System (STARSS) Corporate Compliance Program. Administrative responsibility includes providing leadership in the areas of planning, development, implementation, evaluation, and improvement of program services as determined by the residents, families, the Board of Director, and (STARSS). The Executive Director has direct oversight for Human Resources, Finance, Dietary, Environmental Services, Staff Development, and all regulatory functions, such as HIPAA and OSHA for the campus.
Qualifications:
Must be a Missouri Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with experience in long-term care administration for a minimum of four years. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Must possess a high degree of interpersonal relations skills and capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities. Considerable initiative judgement, and leadership skills are also required. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
License/Certification:
- Missouri Nursing Home Administrator License (Required)
