As the Social Services and Admissions Coordinator, you will have a dual role in our organization. On one hand, you will assist residents and their families during the admissions process and provide essential social services support. On the other hand, you will actively engage in marketing and outreach efforts to promote our facility to the community and prospective residents.

Responsibilities:

Social Services and Admissions:

– Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the social and emotional needs of residents.

– Collaborate with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans.

– Oversee and streamline the admission process, ensuring a seamless transition for new residents.

– Provide support to residents and their families.

– Organize and facilitate support groups or educational sessions.

– Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.

Marketing:

– Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our facility to potential residents and their families.

– Engage with the community through outreach efforts and informational sessions.

– Create and maintain marketing materials.

– Collaborate with external partners and organizations to increase our facility’s visibility.

– Participate in marketing events and open houses to showcase our services.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marketing, or a related field. (preferred)

– Previous experience in social services, admissions, and marketing within a healthcare setting. (required)

– Strong interpersonal, communication, and marketing skills.

– Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to resident care.

– Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

– Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
